MID-CENTURY MODERN REVIVAL

Restored architectural design to the original Mid-Century Modern style. Complete removal of the existing roof in order to replace new with metal roofing and custom Trapezoid-shaped windows at roof lines both in front and rear elevations. New roof provides Energy Efficient insulation throughout roof coverage. Hand-demolition of all existing interior finishes allowing for new energy efficient finishes and fixtures. All new heating and air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems. We proudly protected and preserved the majority of the existing Oak wood flooring while blending new hardwood flooring at the addition.
